Patna, BiharNov 2025 - Feb 2026 | Mentor: Dr. Abhay Kumar Choudhary
Simulated a lab-scale Methanol Steam Reforming Plant for hydrogen production (150 LPM). Designed and optimized 3 heat exchangers and carried out thermodynamic parameter optimization using Aspen Plus to enhance hydrogen yield and energy efficiency. Gained hands-on exposure to process simulation, equipment design, and process optimization in hydrogen production systems.
NIT Patna - Research

Synthesized amino naphthoquinone derivative with hands-on experience in TLC and purification techniques. Conducted chemosensing studies with 10+ metal ions, formed and analyzed metal ligand complexes using UV-Vis spectroscopy and FTIR. Developed strong laboratory skills in organic synthesis and spectroscopic analysis.
